The Turntable — Pivot Post provides compact, in-place load rotation. Bottom sheets for loads must be flat, smooth, single one-piece units in the direction of rotation that will not catch on the space between the belts, to ensure reliable operation.
Turntable – Pivot-Post Design
Turntable (TT) – Pivot-Post Design
The Innoveyance Pivot-Post Turntable rotates a conveyor deck on a central post to redirect flow or reorient product in a compact footprint. It is the space-efficient turntable for lighter loads and tighter layouts where a full ring rail isn’t needed.
Compact in-place rotation
The pivot-post design spins the on-board deck around a central bearing post, changing product direction or orientation in a small footprint. It is ideal where floor space is tight or loads are within the central-pivot capacity range.
Simple, reliable, configurable
Fewer support points mean a clean, serviceable design. Rotation angle, deck type, and drive are configured to product and layout, and the turntable integrates with Innoveyance roller and belt lines.
US-engineered
Built for dependable, repeatable rotation. Every system is engineered, built, and supported in the United States, so lead times, customization, and service stay close to your plant — not an ocean away.

FAQs
Q: What is a pivot-post turntable conveyor?
A: It rotates its on-board conveyor deck around a central bearing post to redirect flow or reorient product in a compact footprint, suited to lighter loads and tighter layouts than a ring & cross-arm turntable.
Q: When choose pivot-post over ring & cross-arm?
A: Choose pivot-post for compact layouts and lighter loads where a central pivot is sufficient. Choose ring & cross-arm for heavy pallets and dense bundles that need broad support for stable rotation.
Q: Is it built in the USA?
A: Yes. Innoveyance engineers, manufactures, and services the Pivot-Post Turntable in the United States.
