The Innoveyance Strapper Control System ties your strapping machine into the conveyor line so loads are positioned, strapped, and released automatically — no manual indexing, no missed straps. It is the controls layer that makes end-of-line strapping a hands-free, in-line operation.

The control system positions each load to the strapper, triggers the strap cycle (single or multiple straps), and releases the load downstream — all coordinated with conveyor flow. Operators are freed from indexing loads and the line keeps moving.

Strapper control systems at Greene House Group (Western US)

An automatic strapper program for a two-stage strapping system consisting of an OEM primary strapper and an OEM secondary strapper. It uses either a 24ʺ touchscreen console or a 48ʺ control console with a customized operator faceplate, an Allen-Bradley processor, and software for automatic strap placement. Operators can select up to five straps in the primary direction and four in the secondary direction.

The system includes redundant head controls: if one or more heads are turned off, the remaining head performs all necessary functions of the out-of-service head with no loss of memory. An alternating feature allows primary straps to be applied in both the first- and second-stage strappers, for loads receiving up to four primary straps.

Optional: A 10ʺ touchscreen operator consolette for selecting strap pattern, dispatch, stretch-wrap, and other functions, with duplicate safety controls matching the strapper console.

Optional: Custom strap-pattern controls with a 10ʺ touchscreen consolette for entry and retrieval of custom patterns, allowing up to four custom primary straps positioned from the leading edge of the load.
