Chain-driven Live Roller Conveyor (CDLR)
Chain-Driven Live Roller Conveyor (CDLR)
The Innoveyance Chain Driven Live Roller (CDLR) conveyor links roller-to-roller with drive chain for positive, slip-free movement of heavy pallets and loads. When you need a pallet conveyor that handles weight, dirt, and abuse, the CDLR delivers the torque and durability that belt-driven rollers can’t.
Positive drive for heavy pallet handling
Each roller is connected to the next by roller chain, so the whole bed turns together under load. That positive drive moves full pallets, heavy bundles, and loads up grades and around transfers without slip — making the CDLR the standard for pallet-handling lines, transfer cars, and palletizer infeeds.
Built for the dirtiest duty cycles
Chain drive tolerates dust, debris, and washdown far better than belts, and oversized bearings and heavy frames absorb the shock of pallet handling. Roller centers, chain pitch, and drive sizing are matched to your heaviest load.
A core block of the pallet-handling line
The CDLR integrates directly with Innoveyance right-angle transfers, turntables, pallet inserters, and dispensers to build a complete pallet-handling system. Every system is engineered, built, and supported in the United States, so lead times, customization, and service stay close to your plant — not an ocean away.
