The Mesh-Belt Roll Track moves heavy rolls safely and under control. In-floor kickers allow floor-level traffic when not in use, raising and extending out of the floor to kick rolls from the track. A roll-preparation station strips wrapping and prepares rolls for loading into the unwinds. Lift-and-square stations can be placed in the chucking area or along the track length. Roll-positioning ramps assist in placing a roll onto the track, and roll-orientation turntables rotate rolls for correct delivery to the unwind.
Mesh-Belt Roll Track
Mesh-Belt Roll Track
The Innoveyance Mesh-Belt Roll Track transports heavy paper rolls into and out of the corrugator on a durable mesh belt that cradles and drives the roll. It replaces manual and forklift roll moving with safe, controlled, automated roll transport.
Move heavy rolls safely and under control
Paper rolls are heavy and want to move on their own. The mesh-belt roll track cradles each roll and conveys it under positive control to and from the corrugator, removing the danger and labor of manual or forklift roll handling.
Built for the roll-handling environment
The steel mesh belt grips and supports rolls while shedding dust and debris, standing up to the weight and duty of continuous roll transport. It is a core component of Innoveyance roll handling systems, working with kickers, catchers, and prep stations.
Heavy-duty, US-built
Engineered for full roll weights and continuous operation. Every system is engineered, built, and supported in the United States, so lead times, customization, and service stay close to your plant — not an ocean away.
