The Innoveyance Power Live Roller (PLR) conveyor drives product forward on powered rollers for smooth, controlled transport of bundles, cartons, and loads. As one of the most versatile powered roller conveyors for corrugated and packaging plants, the PLR is the workhorse line that connects machines, accumulation, and end-of-line systems across the floor. As an integral transfer component, the Pallet Roller Conveyor supports heavy-conveyance and end-of-line systems.

Each roller is driven, so loads move under positive control rather than coasting. That makes the PLR ideal for transporting heavy corrugated bundles and palletized loads at consistent speed, metering product into transfers, and feeding strappers, palletizers, and wrappers. Roller centers, diameters, and drive type are selected for your load weight and throughput.

Configurable drive, speed, and zoning

Choose belt-driven, chain-driven, or motorized-roller configurations depending on load class and duty cycle. Add zoned control for accumulation, reversing for bi-directional flow, or variable speed to synchronize with upstream equipment. The PLR integrates directly with Innoveyance CDLR, accumulation, right-angle transfers, and turntables.

Structurally the powered roller conveyor can handle up to 3,000 lbs. per foot but is limited by the motor’s total HP capacity. Standard design allows for conversion to “accumulating” operation by the addition of air mounts and controls (modular construction must be specified).

The Power Live Roller (PLR) conveyor is a powered roller transport built for plant duty. Drive sections are freestanding weldments available in lengths from 3ʹ through 6ʹ-6ʺ in three-inch increments, with additional cross bracing to minimize flexing.

Drop-In Rollers: Eliminate pinching hazards and provide maintenance access to drive and controls.
End Guards: Safety guards cover exposed moving drive components at the ends of drive and take-up sections.
Drive Motor Disconnects: Three-phase switches on all drive motors meet lock-out/tag-out maintenance requirements.
Internal Photo-Eyes: Mounted underneath the conveyor to eliminate tripping hazards and protect them from damage.
Normally-Off Controls: The drive motor energizes only when product is present, reducing wear and conserving energy.
Crosswalks: Drop-in crosswalks replace a roller and can be added or relocated as needed.
Zero-Energy Compliance: Electrical and pneumatic disconnects at the control panel fully disable the system, including exhausting trapped air (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147).

Sideframes: 5ʺ x 6.7# structural channel with 1/4ʺ x 2-1/2ʺ drop-in roller support bar. Structural load rating 3,000 lbs. per foot.
Load-Carrying Rollers: 2-1/2ʺ O.D. x 10 ga. wall drop-in style, counter-bored for a grease-packed Teflon-sealed bearing with twelve hardened ball bearings, on a captivated 11/16ʺ hex shaft. Load rating 750 lbs. per roller.
Pressure & Return Rollers: 2-1/2ʺ O.D. x 10 ga. spring-retained, counter-bored for a grease-packed bearing on a 5/8ʺ hex shaft; pressure rollers alternate between load rollers (approx. 6ʺ).
Pressure Racks: 2ʺ x 2ʺ x 1/4ʺ structural angle weldment with vertical adjustment; permits field conversion from standard power to accumulating conveyor.
Support Legs: Full-width, freestanding weldment supporting the conveyor at each midsection joint; angle-brace weldment locks both sideframes in place for maximum longitudinal rigidity.
Belting: 15ʺ wide Nylock cord woven with PVC face, 120 lbs. per inch of width tensile strength; available cut to length and pre-laced.
Conveyor Height: 12ʺ TOR minimum, with leg extensions available for other heights.
Voltage: 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz with 115-volt AC or 24-volt DC control voltage. Other voltages available on request.
