Powered Fork Truck Entry Station (PFTS)

Powered Fork Truck Entry Station (PFTS)

The Innoveyance Powered Fork Truck Entry Station (PFTS) is the safe, powered interface where a forklift hands a pallet off to — or takes one from — the conveyor line. Designed for fork-truck access, it bridges manual lift-truck handling and automated conveyance cleanly.

A clean handoff between forklift and conveyor

Forklifts need a designed place to deposit or pick up pallets without damaging the conveyor or the load. The PFTS provides a powered entry deck built for fork access — open enough for the forks, strong enough for the load — so pallets move smoothly from lift truck to line and back.

Built for fork-truck duty

The station is engineered for the impact and clearance of forklift operation, with the structure and drive to take a pallet under power once it’s set down. It integrates with Innoveyance CDLR and pallet-handling lines as the entry or exit point.

Rugged, US-built

Engineered for daily fork-truck contact and full pallet loads. Every system is engineered, built, and supported in the United States, so lead times, customization, and service stay close to your plant — not an ocean away.

The Powered Fork Truck Entry Station (PFTS) is a modular, self-contained station with powered rollers and pendant-switch-activated jog-forward controls, for easy installation into a new or existing plant layout. The standard unit is 8ʹ long with a 16-1/2ʺ wide center strand; the overall width and the two outside-strand widths depend on the conveyor the unit meets. Standard stations are designed for a typical 9ʺ wide x 6ʺ high x 5ʹ long pallet sleeve used for load retrieval and delivery. Individual electrical control panels are provided for existing installations, and knurled rollers on the powered center strand aid in conveying loads.

Drive: 1 HP totally enclosed, industrial-rated 1750 RPM gear-motor with reversing capability, located within and under the device.

Features

Optional Features: A positive-run photo-eye on the downstream end of the center strand; an overhead pendant switch for jog forward and reverse; and one end of the base plate with a 90-degree angle to be embedded into the floor (requires customer saw-cut or trench; the 3ʺ x 3ʺ angle is field-welded to the base plate at installation).
