The Innoveyance Power Pivoting Conveyor swings on a powered pivot to feed or discharge product to multiple positions from a single point. It is the flexible way to serve several lanes, machines, or pallet positions without separate fixed conveyors for each.

One conveyor, multiple destinations

Anchored at one end, the pivoting conveyor rotates its discharge end to align with different downstream positions — lanes, machines, or pallet build positions — then conveys product to the selected target. It replaces a bank of fixed diverts with a single moving conveyor.

The pivot is powered and position-controlled for accurate, repeatable alignment to each destination under plant logic. Conveyor length, deck, and pivot range are engineered to the application.

The Power Pivoting Conveyor routes one conveyor to multiple destinations using a fixed pivot point located at either end or at the center along one side of the device. It can also serve as a gateway to provide forklift access through a conveyor system, and is an integral part of a powered roller conveyor.

  • Transition Sections: Match the adjoining conveyors’ width; can be non-power or chain-assisted by the adjoining Innoveyance powered conveyor.
  • Pivot Post: Floor-mounted with heavy-duty flange-mount bearings.
  • Support Wheels: 6ʺ dia. monothane-tread wheels riding on the floor; surface must be smooth and level to ensure proper operation and prolong wheel life.
  • Rotational Drive System: One 8ʺ dia. rubber drive wheel (90 durometer) on a pivoting drive base with captivated air mount to compensate for floor variations, powered by a 1 HP totally enclosed, industrial-rated brakemotor on an in-line reducer (grease-filled, maintenance-free for two years).
  • Safety Features: Horn and flashing light during rotation; internally mounted photo-eye sensors ensure positive load placement before rotation.
  • Controls: Available with manual, automatic, or OEM controls; all rotational positioning uses proximity sensors mounted to the base, with photo-eye-activated controls on both ends.
  • Power: Floor-mounted mast with multiple-conductor cable connecting to the pivoting base.
  • Preassembly: Unit is wired at the factory and (if applicable) plumbed to a junction box.
