Ball-Belt Repositioning/Ejection System

This is the next generation of our innovative ball-belt conveyor introduced in 2017. The conveyor allows bundle transfer/orientation manipulation for downstream equipment and automation in a smaller footprint than our competition. We’ve continued to push innovation by adding a quality-control feature to discharge a defective bundle onto an ejection conveyor which can be interfaced into any quality monitoring system. This allows the operator to remain near the workstation instead of walking downstream to pull out the defective boxes and reinsert them into the system.
