Preventative Maintenance
Service Package
- FREQUENCY: The service plan covers a period of 12 months, during which there will be a total of four visits to the facility.
- VISIT DURATION: Each visit will involve one ten-hour workday on-site. Additional time can be purchased, if required.
- SCOPE OF WORK: The technician will inspect specific areas of the system as planned by the service technician and/or the technician will service specific areas of the facility as identified by plant personnel using a service checklist. The tasks of the visit will be discussed and approved prior to the arrival of the technician.
- PRICING INCLUSIONS:
• The pricing of this package covers various components, including:
» Travel costs to the facility.
» Hotel accommodation expenses.
» Per diem expenses.
» Labor costs for all four visits. - PRICING EXCLUSIONS:
• The pricing covers labor only. Any required parts will be the responsibility of the customer to provide.
• In cases where parts are not available during the service visit, an additional trip may be necessary, incurring an extra cost. - SPARE PARTS:
• It is recommended that the spare parts package is purchased with the project and in stock in the event that a part replacement is required by the technician.
• If spare parts from the provided spares package are used for areas of the facility still under warranty, they will be replaced once used at no additional cost.
• If parts are used for areas outside of warranty, customers have the option to purchase replacements to replenish the spare parts stock.
