The job: loose bundles in, pallet-ready layers out

Every high-speed bundle line solves the same problem: convert a fast stream of inconsistent bundles into accurate, palletizable layers. The line does it in stages — transport, align, rotate, reposition, eject — each handled by a purpose-built device working in sync with the rest.

Transport — mesh-ball bundle conveyors

Bundles ride on powered mesh belts embedded with transfer balls, which both move bundles forward and let them shift sideways for alignment. The mesh grips bundles for traction while shedding corrugated dust, making it the foundation surface for the whole line.

Rotate and reposition

Bundles often need to be turned to the correct orientation and shifted to a target lane. Rotator conveyors index bundles to the required angle on the fly, and repositioning devices shift them laterally and square them — all at line speed, so the stream never stops for manual squaring.

Align and divert — active roller belt transfers

Active roller belt (ARB) transfers use angled powered rollers to singulate, align, and divert bundles while they keep moving forward. This continuous diverting sustains throughput that mechanical pushers can't match and handles product gently.

Eject into layers — ball-belt ejection

Finally, a ball-belt repositioning and ejection system arranges bundles and ejects completed rows or layers in the pattern the pallet program needs. The output is square, palletizable layers delivered straight to the pallet inserter or palletizer.
